BEFORE YOU ORDER

there are some boundaries I have when it comes to what I’m willing to draw for a commission! Please respect these boundaries! Thank you.

Commission Process

Please DM me on one of my socials to get started. You can always contact me on my discord or telegram, @ louijana on both!Once you have sent a dm, we can discuss your project in detail and I will provide you with an estimated turnaround time, as well as an accurate quote for your specific piece.I do commissions on a rotation, meaning I update roughly once a week in stages of: sketch, lines, color, shading and final touches. As a result, most pieces will take roughly 4 weeks to complete. Please allow around 6-8 weeks as an estimate, so that in case there are changes along the way we are able to still meet your expectations for turnaround time.

COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

General Information:I reserve the right to change my commission prices, unless a commission has already been paid for.I reserve the right to reject commissions on a discretionary basis if for whatever reason I decide I do not want to go through with it. If already paid for at point of cancellation, you will receive a refund.I do not accept commissions from those under 18 as per PayPal's age restrictions.Image Rights and UsageArtist Rights:1. I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.2. I reserve the right to display any commissioned images on any of my social media profiles or my portfolio.Client Rights:1. The client retains all original rights to the characters used.2. The client may use the resulting product for personal use only, and is not permitted to use in any commercial sense unless otherwise discussed before the commission is paid for.4. Clients may post the resulting image of the commission publicly on their own social media as long as a link to one of my profiles is provided.3. The client agrees not to claim the artwork as your own work, and credit me as the artist when possible.Payments1. All commissions are accepted via PayPal only, in USD. Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which I will send to the commissioner once the price and details of the commission have been finalized in private correspondence.2. I will begin a commission once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise stated. I accept payment upfront in full unless a payment plan is discussed.3. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner.4. Refunds may be requested at any time, but keep in mind:-If the commissioner wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed.
-The commissioner will receive what has been completed up until the point of refund.6. Commissioner is allowed to request process images at any stage of the commission.

ADOPT TERMS OF SERVICE

General Information1. You will receive an unwatermarked version of the design, please keep this as it is proof of ownership. You may also receive a .psd of the design upon request.2. I can adjust the information and price of my adopts. However, I will not change the price of an adopt when the bidding has been finalized.3. Designs may not be split into twins/siblings/etc4. You may re-sell, trade, or gift the designs if purchased from me. Please list the original purchase price when reselling.5. You are not allowed to use my art of the design for commercial use in any way. Commercial rights may be available for additional fees.6. Please credit me as the original creator of the design! (I am Louijana on Toyhou.se)7. Publicized art of my artwork of the design that includes subjects such as: hate speech & racism in any real world context will NOT be tolerated.8. Please disclose if any edits were made and who made them.Payments1. You MUST HAVE payment on hand. After accepting your offer, I will message you for your paypal information and the payment must be done within 24 hours.2. If we have agreed to do a payment plan beforehand, payment must be done within the agreed timeframe.3. Refunds are not available for adoptable designs.4. All payments are accepted via PayPal only, in USD. Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which I will send to the buyer once the price and details have been finalized.5. I will send the PNG file of the unwatermarked character design once payment has been received in full.6. I reserve the right to cancel and refund payment at any time, with prior notification to the buyer.7. Cancellation of payment may be requested for emergency reasons, but keep in mind the following:
- If the buyer wishes to cancel payment, they will be warned.Repeated actions will result in a blacklist.
